In cleaning out a file, I found several notes and papers from taking 2 workshops on Alcoholism in the Family. One through school and one one my own. I thought maybe others could learn from what I had saved. In my mind both my dad (rest his soul) and my X are dependent on alcohol. Both are good people and loved their children but yet drinking affects the family. So here are some thoughts just for now, and new ones as I have time to add them. |

Searching for Truth
Welcome to my thoughts. This category is my quest for truth on religion and I will paraphrase from the books I am reading but not quote them to stay away from copyright problems. Any comments please email me through the Contact Us button at the top of our website. I have different books I am reading and not saying I believe everything but it does make you wonder. It is heavy reading so check back occasionally to see which chapter I am reading. I suspect a lot of people will not like to read these posts, because it casts thoughts on what we have been taught, but my question is by whom?? And what possibly has been covered up.
