Welcome to the 4-8 Connectioneers!

Welcome to the home of 4-8 Connection Educators. We have educators in 3rd grade through Middle School, along with technology specialists and librarians so we are well represented. We live in different parts of the world-- United States, Canada, Australia, and Japan. Our educators also include a few college students in education, retired teachers, and other specialists.  Join us,  Connection is free.

Our price  for our Registered Area is $12.00 a year.

"In 1997, (a few years back) ;-)   I was teaching 5th or 6th grade,  and I had reached a point where I was either going to quit or something had to change.  I was on "Teacher to Teacher" at that time,  and decided to see if I could get some ideas on my same grade level.  Asked for permission to post to T-T  and see if I could  start a  list of 5-6th grade teachers. With permission granted,  our venture began.  We soon found out that it was important to also have grades below us and above as well.
So we branched into 4-8 Connection which we are now.   These educators actually rescued me with their ideas,   and the ideas kept me going for another 5 years.  Not only myself but my fellow teachers and my principal were impressed as well.  And here we are...still here!  Thanks Connectioneers!!  Smile

HOWEVER... my last thought is as I looked at our website... not quite yet.   We will follow this plan but  we will create pdf's of the most popular ideas and keep them on the website.  

Look for new categories under News4U and Just4U   

  And check the subject areas...  we are combing topics so we can add new ideas!
